Being a self-motivated officer with excellent communication and analytical skill, believing in the culture of ‘team work’ to achieve objectives and committed to the principle of ‘Honesty is the Best Policy’, I proceeded on retirement from Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) rendering service for more than 32 years. After being trained in Ukraine on overhauling of Russian origin MI Series helicopter I was entrusted with the responsibility for establishment of a Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Unit in BAF. As the pioneering Officer Commanding, I exploited the highest level of innovation, sincerity and dedication and established the MRO.
